How big are the homesites? 

The biggest homesite lot is 0.52 acres! Plus, we have several others that are also right around the 0.5 acre point. 

When will you start building?

We will actively start building homes in this phase in November. 

Where will the stocked fishing pond be located?

The stocked fishing pond will be the current pond in the middle of the subdivision. We're still working on when it's going to be stocked, though, so stay tuned!

When will there be a final plat map? 

We will get the final plat right before we start construction. The final won’t change much from the current plat we are working off, but the city will go back into make sure all ditches, roadways, etc., are as they need to be before giving us addresses. 

What kind of walking trails will there be and where?

The exact location of the walking trails is still to be determined, but we know it’s going to be great!

Do you have any new floor plans available?

No new floor plans in this phase.
