Monrovia Springs & Monrovia Branch FAQ

We are so excited to be opening soon in Monrovia Springs and Monrovia Branch! If you’re interested in getting on our Priority List, so you can be among the first to build/buy in either of these gorgeous communities,add your name to our list

Will there be an HOA? If so, how much? 

There will be an HOA. The fees are $500 annually. 


When will you start building?

We will begin taking reservations off the priority list at the end of November, signing contracts the first week in December, and begin building in December. 


What school district are these zoned for? 

These are zoned for the Monrovia Springs school district. 


When will there be a final plat map? 

We will get the final plat right before we start construction. The final won’t change much from the current plat we are working off, but the city will go back into make sure all ditches, roadways, etc., are as they need to be before giving us addresses. 


Are you doing pre-sales or inventory homes only?

In Monrovia Springs, we are offering both options. In Monrovia Branch, we are only offering inventory homes as we have limited homesites to sell there. 


What will pricing be?

Pricing will start in the high $300s. 


Will there be anything special or unique about the floor plans or elevations?

Due to covenants & restrictions, we will only be building our farmhouse elevations in both communities.
